Jackie Pack: Owner of Healing Paths, LCSW, CSAT-S, CMAT

Jackie Pack, LCSW, CSAT-S, is the founder of Healing Paths, a specialty group practice
in Utah focused on trauma, addiction, betrayal trauma, and relationship healing. With
nearly 30 years of clinical experience, Jackie specializes in behavioral and substance
addictions, attachment wounds, intimacy issues, and the relational impact of trauma.

After earning her Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University in 1995, Jackie
returned to Utah and began her career working in substance addiction treatment. Over
time, her work expanded into helping adults heal from childhood sexual trauma,
relationship wounds, and the complex ways trauma and addiction impact intimacy,
identity, and connection. Through this work, she recognized the deep overlap between
addiction, trauma, attachment injuries, and the ways people learn to survive emotionally.

Driven by a desire to create a more compassionate and relational approach to healing,
Jackie pursued certification as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and Supervisor
(CSAT-S), trained by Patrick Carnes. Experiences early in her career reinforced her
belief that treatment must move beyond shame and pathology and instead focus on
emotional safety, connection, accountability, and authentic relationships.

That vision led Jackie to create Healing Paths, a collaborative group practice rooted in
empathy, inclusivity, and interpersonal healing. Healing Paths specializes in treating sex
addiction, betrayal trauma, trauma recovery, and relationship struggles, with a strong
belief that meaningful change happens through secure relationships and honest human
connection.

In addition to her clinical work, Jackie is passionate about educating and mentoring
therapists in trauma-informed, attachment-centered, and interpersonal approaches to
therapy. She is also the host of the “Thanks for Sharing” podcast, where she explores
relationships, emotional health, addiction, trauma, and personal growth with honesty,
depth, and humanity.

Outside of her work, Jackie loves spending time at the beach, reading outdoors with a
good book, and laughing and sharing life with the people she loves. She’s known for her
collection of snarky and witty t-shirts and believes healing work should always leave
room for humor, humanity, and connection.
