Episode 122: Breathing to Control Emotions

You may think that you are good at breathing. After all you are alive, right? But breathing in a way that helps us control our emotions is a very different endeavor.

The truth is we can be pretty bad at breathing, while still managing to stay alive. Life can throw things at us that takes our breath away or throw our breathing completely off balance.

How can we breath during those difficult times? How can we reclaim our life through our breathing?
