Most people experience anger, few have any idea what to do with it. Anger is one of the most misunderstood and feared emotions in human experience. Because we fear anger, we don’t talk about it and we don’t know what to do with it when we are feeling it. You either lock it up inside or it locks you up.

This 4 week online education course will help you to untangle some of your experience with anger. You will learn about the mental and physiological roots of anger and learn effective skills for converting your experience with anger from a destructive force to something you learn and benefit from.

You will leave each session with a concrete skill that will help to stop destructive anger in its tracks and to welcome a more useful experience with the anger you feel.

When you purchase the course, you will immediately be able to download a workbook that will connect you to the recorded weekly sessions as well as give you the worksheets you will use to work updating your relationship with anger.  This link will be good for one week.

It is recommended that you take the videos one week at a time and give yourself time in between to work on the materials that go with the week.
