- Shuffle through the deck; pick three cards that describe where you are at right now. Write or talk about why those three words describe you.
- Draw a card at random and write about a specific time you used that attribute and what you have learned from it.
- Think about a challenge you have coming up or are currently going through pick three cards that describe pitfalls you would expect to fall into. Write specific ways you can avoid using those negative attributes while facing this challenge.
- Pick a card that describes an attribute you are working to change, talk with a support person about what you are focusing on changing.
