This deck is designed to assist you in describing what is working for you at any point in time. Creativity in your use of these cards will help you to get the most benefit from using them. Here are a few suggestions to get you started:
- Shuffle through the deck, pick three cards that describe where you are at right now. Write or talk about why those three words describe you.
- Pick one card and write about how you would use that positive attribute throughout the day. Look up the definitions to words you are not familiar with.
- Pick a few cards that represent your strengths or attributes. Cary them with you for one day and use them as meditations to focus your mind on using positive attributes.
- Draw a card at random and write about a specific time you used that attribute for your good or the good of others.
